Janeane garofalo dating henry cochin dating club
She worked as a bike messenger, a shoe salesperson (no doubt with Al Bundy's disposition), waitress and temp secretary.
Watching David Letterman on TV inspired her to write comedy, and by 1985 she was doing stand up comedy.
She was not happy with her "Saturday Night Live" (1975) stint in 1994, and was vocal about it (of course).
Transferring her persona from TV to the big screen, she moved on to movies, basically playing the character she had defined for herself.
She's a very funny woman, ultra-liberal and smart as a whip. Unless you're someone like R24 whose actually been personally touched and offended, who gives a shit in Garafalo is mean and tetchy in her personal life?
This is the problem with Americans in general, and "progressives" in particular. After all, every time you have some issue that affects African-Americans discussed, you don't make sure the panel is loaded with KKK members, do you?
I haven't stepped into the threads about him about that phony baloney, but I'm going to guess that they're more positive than the ones haters are just our resident paid freeper shills, attempting again to sow discord amongst the gays.i don't give a flying fuck if she is unpleasant IRL- she is willing to fight the good fight, and that is enough for me.solidarity, sisters. All other points of view are just ranting ignorant bigotry. "I'm smelling alot of Jean Nate on this thread." I'm smelling lots of dumbass gays who for some reason feel the need to attack our allies. Has she done anything relevant recently that would make anyone know her? You sound like Bill O'Reilly and all those Republicans who act like celebrities aren't allowed to have opinions. I clicked on this thread hoping to see what others had to say about it and read their input, but instead we get the usual "cunt," "bitch," "has-been," "irrelevant" vituperation. GAY MESSAGEBOARD and addressing posters as "asshole" from the get go is the very definition of "troll".
It's a bit ironic to hear people like Garofalo and Dan Savage take the "why are people even ALLOWED to object to gay marriage" line. Who cares if she's "no longer relevant" or crossed you once or that you never found her funny. I'd like to hear specifically why some of you "hate" her. Going forward, realize that responding directly to posts that are obviously directed towards you does not make one a...*sigh* a "troll". I would suggest just reading posts for a few weeks prior to responding. What makes you a troll is that you are unhinged and have some unhealthy hatred towards someone you don't know.
Her points are solid and she's probably more of an "intellectual" than the brain trust Charles Barkley. On some issues, there are two valid points of view. On this issue, there is ONLY ONE valid point of view. She is probably richer and more successful than you are, too. "It has nothing to do with a hatred of women, it's a hatred of failed entertainers doing anything they can to get attention" So-called failed entertainers have as much right to voice their opinions as anyone else. She said some valid things, but instead of having a discourse about it some people would rather call her names and insult fellow posters. As such, Janeane has become a cult figure, giving a voice to a generation, venting her frustration at TV, dating, relationships, life in general and anything that ticks her off in particular.Janeane did sketches on "The Ben Stiller Show" (1992) (an Emmy winning, but canceled show).Books, Movies, Magazine articles, anything is fine for a buck. [quote]Seriously, does anyone under 25 know who she is? Spoiled, entitled children just need to sit down and be quiet and let the adults talk. For the life of me I can't understand what could be so wrong and why she's so sour.I know that DL has always had a tone of "bitchy queen" but has it not gone a couple of steps further these days. Has she done anything relevant recently that would make anyone know her? I used to like her, until I moved into her neighborhood and would see her walking her dog. She's whip smart, politically left, has held her own on talk radio and other broadcast debates. The pathological hatred toward her is not just b/c she's a woman.
