Birthday gift for guy i just started dating

She’s smart and cute and her face smells like bread, and you have a whole ten months until you have to buy her a birthday present.

You sail through dates two and three worry-free, but then it’s date four and Christmas is two days away.

Jewelry is a creepy gift from a 3 date guy and also unless he knows her taste shell probably not actually like it. Totally normal and its impossible to not appreciate the gesture since it's just an extra special date. If you're not officially an item, I wouldn't do more than a bouquet of flowers (but roses would be romantic and nice) and take her out for a really nice dinner.

Bonus points: buy a dessert from somewhere other than the restaurant you ate at and a bottle of booze like wine or craft beer and have it at one of your places or a park. I wouldn't recommend giving a tangible item like perfume or jewelry unless you're willing to dish out some cash. You just don't want to spend that much money so early in.

Or you could try to figure out what kind of flowers she likes and get those for her. Normally I would say something like perfume or jewelry would be nice, but in this case - I wouldn't do that quite yet.

If all else fails take her out on a really special date. Cooking dinner at my place (she's never been to my house)? It's only been three dates, maybe four or five if you can squeeze them in before her bday?

She definitely wants to see me again and we're a very good match.

Her birthday is coming up in about a week, and I'm not sure what to do.

I haven't met any of her friends or family yet.

If you’re sure a lady is The One and you want to see her again, always default to a lavish gift.

Or, use this guide: Date 2Say “Merry Christmas” while you pick up the check after dinner.

You both saw Star Wars, learned her favorite character is Chewbacca, and you get a small, cheap trinket, bobblehead, lego keychain, bizarre, cool, rare gift).

I'm having a hard time explaining this, so if you're unsure of what I mean, ask me.
